Grow
Oh I can hardly wait until
The snow has stopped and winds are still.
And susurrant waves upon the beach,
Play happily there, and out of reach.

I know the cold will soon retreat,
And everyone will be upbeat,
As warmth removes our coats and boots,
And we watch new shoots come from roots.

We've forgotten underneath the ground,
Spring's surging energy's always found,
Making ways that can't be seen,
To recreate the the world in green.
