Today's word is "odontoid" ... oh-DON-toid ... of or resembling a tooth; toothlike.

It's almost time for hauntings,
Blowing leaves foretell the night,
When odontoid squashes slyly smile,
And glow with candlelight.
Little ghouls and goblins,
Will run from door to door,
Hoping you won't run out of treats,
Before they get some more.
Though it's a gruesome fracus,
With monsters in the yard,
Even teeny tiny spooks,
Won't find collecting hard.
