The first word of this new year is "inchoation" ... A beginning; origin.
Days
So many possibilities,
If will had its certain say,
Any could be chosen,
But it doesn't work that way.
Circumstances enter,
Turn your head around,
Sometimes stop you in your tracks,
No matter what you've found.
So, how to take each moment,
And move it into place,
Yet trust the Spirit's leading,
From inchoation on to grace.
In the mist of each new morning,
Dawning fresh and new,
Lies a whispered promise
That with faith, comes into view.
