Quadrille

Today's word is "quadrille" ... A square dance for four couples.

Called
Long ago and far away,
From where I sit anyway,
It's said a baby came,
Around this time, to
Live and bring a
Message to the world.
He did this of his own
Volition, with purpose.
He did this and then,
He died. And rose.
And it continually amazes
And confuses me that this
Is real. That he came
To invite us to a dance,
Not a quadrille that ends
In a moment, but a
Dance into forever and a day.
A dance with God, guided
By the rythm of his love,
The timing of his truth,
And the movements of his grace.
