What words would bear your sorrows,
Or amplify your dreams?
Would it be rap or classical,
Jazz or instrumental,
Choirs singing a cappella,
Or spoken fundamentals?
You can almost hear it,
The beat’s within your heart,
The silences are long and loud,
Punctuating every part.
