Leviathan ...

Today’s word is “leviathan” ... anything of immense size and power. (Dictionary.com)

It is true. Big things move slowly,

But enormous is leviathan’s wake,

If you’re too close, you’ll be engulfed,

It’s best to stay awake.

Powered people in high places,

Create rules for us all,

Professors teach their own ideals,

Pastors preach there was no fall.

If you paddle fast enough,

You might leave false beliefs behind,

Head for shore where truth awaits,

With those who are not blind.
