Quotha

Today's word is "quotha" ... KWOH-thuh ... Archaic. indeed! (Used ironically or contemptuously in quoting another). 

Gospel

And he said "Go!" quotha!

And they went. All around

the world as they knew it.

Teaching and healing. Saving

and baptizing. Announcing

a kingdom of love. Not law.

A kingdom run on grace, not fear.

A kingdom of new beginnings,

where God again speaks

with his children. It was a

very long time ago, and yet,

and yet, it ripples with truth

and draws us in.
