Cozy

Don't you love to get far away,

For a long weekend or a day,

Spend time with friends at some retreat,

With pines or beach or mountain reach?

There's nothing like a klatsch of those,

Who care not about your smarts or clothes,

Whose love doesn't rely on status,
Whose bold gifts are given, gratis.

If you should be so fortunate,
To have these people given by fate,
Thank the God who watches o're us,
For giving them into your trust.
