Stay
In the night, when all is dark,
And help is far away,
The things that scare us seem more real,
Than in the light of day.
But a bugbear is a trick,
It's fearsomeness untrue,
Our minds will fabricate its shape,
To match our point of view.
So when you feel the trembling start,
And think that danger's near,
Breathe into the love of God,
Until peace reappears.
