Repent
Clemency, forgiveness,
Unfamiliar actions,
We are so much better,
At dividing into factions.
Every day we see,
Examples that deflate,
That demoralize with violence,
Until there’s no debate.
We’re broken and we’re braking
It has been ever so,
Only God can heal us,
Remake us as we go.
