Advent
Under the glow of sparkling lights,
May not be the best of climes,
To engage in logomachy,
With no reason and no rhyme.
Let the music float,
Around us and within,
Until resentment passes,
And we stand in places, thin.
From this new perspective,
Perhaps we will find peace,
Or at least a place,
For goodness and release.
