It's a day for mothers,
To honor her and more,
Take her out for dinner,
Buy her something from the store.
Send her a nice card or flowers,
Give her a caring call,
Listen to her talk for hours,
Wrap her in a shawl.
Be sure your love you do express,
And gratitude for being here,
By matrifocal acts you will impress,
And bring your mother cheer!
