Today's word is "frivol" ...to behave frivously; trifle.
Rules
I was told I shouldn't frivol any of my time away,
That each moment was important, of every single day,
That money didn't grow on trees, so to be careful what I spend,
To wear my clothes til they wore out and never morals bend.
That it was important what the neighbors thought,
And teachers should be listened to because of what they taught.
Some of this I've followed, right down to the letter,
But some has been gradually replaced, by things I've learned are better.
