Foodie
It’s an art, you know,
Ingredients picked at dawn,
The freshest and the best,
Only the purest water drawn.
Spices of every kind,
From exotic countries gathered,
Dishes unpronounceable,
With umami flavors slathered.
Crunchy, crusted bread,
Warmed and buttered well,
Each element created,
To tempt with taste and smell.
So, who can resist,
This banquet set before?
Who would not walk with joy,
Through that open door?
