Plonk ... Genuflect ... Confetti

Today's word is "plonk" ... plongk. Inferior or cheap wine. Yesterday's word (which I completely forgot to do! Christmas craziness.) was "genuflect" ... to bend the knee or touch one knee to the floor in reverence or worship. (Dictionary.com) So I'm going to try to use them in the same poem😜

Confetti
Time for a celebration,
Leave the plonk and get the best!
Cheer on the ride of truth,
Ignore all of the rest.

A little child shall lead us,
Into this, God's good light,
Genuflect before him,
Let your soul with love ignite.
