Larrikin ... Blues

Today's word is "larrikin" ... LAR-i-kin ... Adjective: disorderly;rowdy. Noun: a street rowdy; hoodlum.

Blues
Calling all larrikins and rascals,
This may be your time to act,
Everyone is stirred up,
Despite reviews and facts.

Where has law and order gone
And where is common sense?
There are victims everywhere,
And so, the times are tense.

Who determines right and wrong?
Who holds the justice scales?
Confusion reigns in corners, strained,
As traditions fold and flail.
