Today's word is "salchow" (SAL-kou)... Ice skating: a jump in which the skater leaps from the back inside edge of one skate, making one full rotation ofthe body in the air, and lands on the back outside edge ofthe other skate.

Ripping through the track,
Turning salchows in the ring,
No thought of turning back.
The gold is all that matters,
