Dulcify

Today's word is "dulcify" (DUHL-suh-fahy) ... to make more agreeable; mollify; appease.

Flake
Slogging through surprizing snow,
How could the sky hold anymore?
The world outside is deep and white,
And surrounds with a mean cold that bites.

Onward toward the window's glow,
To singing, worship words that flow,
They will depression dulcify,
Chords soaring over winter's cry.

Warmth of wisdom's spoken words,
Deep in to the heart are heard.
We leave better than we came,
Though winter's mantra is the same.
