Today’s word is “pullulate” ... puhl-yuh-leyt ... to breed, produce, or create rapidly.(dictionary.com)
Amaze
Hidden under sticks and dirt,
Beneath old autumnal leaves,
Are secrets ready to evolve,
And winter’s whims deceive.
The tiny crocus raises up,
Her colors wound inside,
Tulip greens too claim their space,
Within, buds multi-colored dyed.
We walk, and one day, in surprise,
We realize the promised spring,
Everywhere creation pullulates,
Rejoicing as she sings.
