Debate
Sometimes the best thing said is nothing,
But, of course it might depend,
On who you're talking to and why,
And what you're trying to defend.
If their aposiopesis,
Is your sly linguistic aim,
Then every syllable you speak,
Must your argument reclaim.
So when the truth is bursting forth,
And you think your life's at stake,
Speak clearly every certain word,
Until your point they take.
