What's going on, up at the top
Of nations where the leaders hive,
And secrets hidden deep within,
Are kept in order to survive?
Much of what we see of them,
Turns out to be but a facade,
Under which jiggery-pokery lies,
Uncovered only by strangers prod.
Would that all was up and up,
And we could trust each word they say,
But 'til then we'll muddle through,
And hope for change one perfect day.
