From the hebdomadal beginning,
When God took his rest,
We have also been commanded,
To contemplate what’s best.
To take some time to listen,
To ponder this world’s glory,
To wonder at the unity,
Of this earth’s vast story.
We think of ourselves, so small,
Within an immense space,
Yet we’re cared about and loved,
And held within his grace.
