Today’s word is “agglomeration” … a jumbled cluster or mass of varied parts. (Dictionary.com)
Jumble
It was on vacation,
We visited a mine,
There were a myriad of rooms,
With agglomerations from old times.
A pipe organ with a bellows,
An ancient fancy stove,
Everything required an explanation,
In this treasure trove.
To the children of the present,
They were all a-tangle,
And without a foothold,
And no certain angle.
All the memories of the past,
Cannot be passed along,
Each generation must discern,
What will make them strong.
