What would be the greatest thing,
That could make you shout or sing, 
Or exclaim, “Gee Whillikers!”
A new car or diamond ring?

Maybe something without weight,
Like real true peace or lack of hate,
Or joy and purpose for your life,
Or love before it is too late.

What lasting happiness would be,
Will vary each to each you see,
As we measure every thing,
Against desires to fight or flee.
