Equilibrium
Those who break the law,
Think they’ll not be caught,
That the gains they make,
Could not be earned or bought.
Thus the scofflaws laugh,
And revel in their treasures,
Unaware that someday,
By them they’ll be measured.
There is time to turn,
While on earth we wander,
But in time it’s true,
All chances may be squandered.
