Caseous ... Watcher

Today’s word is “caseous” ... of or like cheese. (Dictionary.com)

Watcher
There is a little man they say,
In that caseous ball,
He’s been staring down on earth,
Since way before the fall.

I wonder what he thought,
As we began to be,
As we took our freedom,
From that snake within the tree.

Seems we’re not so good,
At making our own way,
Our actions do not match,
The things we’re prone to say.

The little man must sigh,
As he waxes and he wanes,
To see how we never cease,
To cause each other pain.
