Sabulous ... Shore

Today’s word is “sabulous” ... sab-yuh-luhs ... sandy; gritty. (Dictionary.com)

Shore
If my feet are sabulous,
I hope it’s from the beach,
Where the foamy water,
Is close, within my reach.

There the gulls are flying,
The sun is shinning bright,
My worries will all fade away,
In that summer light.

Warming breezes will begin,
As we anxious wait,
Summer always comes, you know,
Whether soon or late.
