Forgettery ... Grey

Today's word is "fogettery" ... for-get-uh-ree ... a faculty for forgetting; faulty memory. (Dictionary.com)

Grey
I have my own forgettery,
Somewhere in my brain,
Most things are found where they belong,
Locating others is a pain.

There are a least a thousand songs,
Filed away by year,
But where I put my running shoes,
Has shuffled to the rear.

What is so amazing,
Is that without a drive or folder,
Most what I need is close at hand,
Even as I grow much older.
