So, today is my 1,000th post! What started out as an exercise and experiment, has turned into a habit and an obsession. The question is, do I continue? Right now, I don't think I can stop. So here goes one more:
Today's word is "obviate" ... OB-vee-eyt ... to anticipate and prevent or eliminate (difficulties, disadvantages, etc.) by effective measures; render unnecessary.
