The future, no more mystery,
Would this devulgation change
How we view our history?
Would we sit still, shell-shocked?
As our motives were revealed,
Would the now known price we've paid,
Be worth broken ideals?
Is this, our darkened vision small,
A strange blessing in disguise?
Keeping us honest as we choose,
The paths down which we fly?
