Today’s word is “astronaut” ... a person engaged in or trained for spaceflight.
Weightless
Far out on the edges,
Astronauts float lazily,
Peering even further,
Although hazily.
Whose wonder is sufficient,
To take in all this distance?
Even when their pondering,
Meets no real resistance.
Though immensity surrounds us,
We drown in tiny thoughts,
Unable to dislodge them,
And think the way we ought.
