Will
Ah, to be a lotus-eater,
Whiling away the day,
Thinking happy, winsome thoughts,
And spending time at play.
No matter what the terrors,
Conjured by the world,
Golden images would swallow them,
In their descriminating swirl.
Ignorance is bliss, they say,
But in the tale of man,
The right to daydream all the day,
Is won by those who take a stand.
