Turn

Left out on our own,

It always seems we choose,

The crooked paths that wind,

Ensuring that we'll lose.

A schism lies between,

The good we wish to do,

And the selfish, sad desires,

That rule all but a few.

But salvation makes a way,

Where nothing was before,

Allowing our mere mortal hands,

To create and to adore.
