Reading through the scriptures,
Trying hard to find,
One who understands my angst,
Won't leave me in a bind.
I might as well be scanning,
Mackled pages torn,
There's no peace, those saints like me,
In confusion too, were born.
But, the God of humans, all
Still met me in my need,
He was holding them in hand,
As he's been holding me.
